The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them;
He delivers them from all their troubles.
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted
and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

We are praying today to give all of our worries up to God.
It is easy to find ourselves in worry about money, an unknown future, parenting, others' thoughts and perceptions, etc. Sometimes we let these things overwhelm us, and we forget why we are going through them. A greater purpose. A greater calling.
But, we know that God hears us when we cry out in uncertainty. He hears us when we are hurting.
And, we know that God does give us more than we can handle--so that we can rely on Him, cry out to Him, and believe in Him to conquer our struggles.
Prayer: Jesus, remind us daily that You are watching over us and have planned out the days of our lives. Thank you for hearing us in our weakness, and for coming to our rescue. May we remember that You have overcome and that our struggles are in Your hands.
