I remain confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the Lord
in the land of the living.
Wait for the Lord;
be strong and take heart
and wait for the Lord.
~Psalm 27:13-14
It is joyful, seeing the goodness of the Lord coming to fruition through our adoption.
Sometimes joy and goodness are seen easily, but sometimes they are difficult to see.
Sometimes, we must choose to see.
God gives us the sustaining power of faith--He is with us not only after our trials but during our trials as well.
He is the thunder that shakes us.
He is the rain that washes us.
He is the wind that moves us.
He is the sun that warms us.
He is the Light that powers us.
We are praying to choose to see through the lightning, the mists, and the sunbeams.
We wait at his window with expectancy of good things!
Prayer: Jesus, thank you for your goodness. Thank you for giving us your vision. Give us strength. Give us patience. Sustain us with neverending faith!
