We have been on the waitlist to adopt for 7 months yesterday!
Wow, seven months is starting to seem like a long time. That's well over 200 days. To think that this adoption could take 3 1/2-4+ years...well, that's roughly 1200-1500 days.
Yes, that is quite a lot of days.
BUT, that is QUITE a lot of days of prayer for our little girl! We pray nightly for her and often throughout the day as well. We pray for her birthfamily, Hannah's Hope, Ethiopia, Africa, AGCI staff, etc.
She is constantly on our minds!
God is refining our hearts through prayer. We are so thankful to Him for so, so much!
I can't imagine how thrilled she will feel when she's home with you and old enough to realise how much you loved her even now!
